The Bikers' Classics and 4 Hours of Spa Classic
July 4-5-6, 2008

Ten years after the enormous impact of the Centennial TT in Assen (1998), the Bikers’ Classics at the Belgian Spa-Francorchamps track commemorates this historical event and Grand Prix riders from all over the world will be part of this upcoming classic event ( http://www.bikersdays.com/ ).

Organised for the fist time last year during the Spa Bikers’ Festival (August 2007), the “4 Hours of Spa Classic” was a great success. To give to the this event all the worth that it deserves, for 2008 it will be an integral part of the Bikers’ Classics programme, the largest event for classic bikes in Europe, which will take place on 4, 5 and 6 July.

Laverda Corse will participate to the “4 Hours of Spa Classic” endurance race with its Space Frame 3 cylinders, ridden by the riders F. Greggio and D. Dressino, winners at Adria in April with a 500cc. Our fellow Gijs Van Dijk also intends to participate with his 3 cylinder like last year, most probably with the same riders H. van der Mark and D. Brand.

Regarding the Bikers' Classics event itself, Laverda Corse will parade from Friday on a few works Endurance bikes and will set up an immaculate exhibition like the previous years in a F1 pit-box. Our box will be a meeting center for all Laverda fans from Europe, who we invite to come and join us at the Bikers' Classics.

The event being strongly focused on GP bikes this year, we postpone the Massimo Laverda memorial and the Laverda-parade to 2009.
